Since ancient times, Mandalas have been used for meditation and healing. In old Tibet, Mandalas were used in the process of training the mind to be quiet, so “That Still Place Within” was more easily accessible. Today mandalas are a fantastic anti-stress tool; a doorway to serenity.
Explore ancient wisdom in the sacred art and science of mandalas to awaken your soul. We’ll go over a variety of simple techniques to discover individual reference points of power, inspiration, and dreams. Music and visualizations will be incorporated throughout our explorations.

April 5th: Symbolic expressions of formal and informal shapes, basic geometry, and sacred geometry
April 12th: Incorporation of animal totems and designs as well as cultural, theological and creation symbols in mandalas
April 19th: Design your mandala with your individual colours, symbols and/or totems
